About the state support of youth and children's public associations

This Federal Law determines the general principles, content and measures of the state support of youth and children's public associations of the Russian Federation (further - youth and children's associations).
The state support of youth and children's associations is understood as set of the measures taken by public authorities of the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of the state youth policy for the purpose of creation and providing legal, economic and organizational conditions of the activities of such associations directed to social formation, development and self-realization of children and youth in public life and also for the purpose of protection and protection of their rights.
1. This Federal Law governs the relations arising in connection with establishment and implementation by federal executive bodies of measures of the state support of the all-Russian, international youth and children's associations.
2. Other relations which youth and children's associations with federal executive bodies, legal entities and citizens enter are regulated by the corresponding regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
Operation of this Federal Law does not extend on:
youth and children's commercial organizations;
youth and children's religious organizations;
the youth and student's associations which are labor unions;
the youth and children's associations established or created by political parties.
3. The requirements for youth and children's associations established by Item 2 of article 4 of this Federal Law cannot form the basis for restriction of the right of children and youth on consolidation.
