Some questions of functioning of bodies of architectural construction supervision and supervision
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the State inspection of architecture and town planning of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Vice-Prime Minister on recovery of Ukraine Minister of development of communities and the territories and which realizes state policy concerning the state architectural construction supervision and supervision.
2. Approve Regulations on the State inspection of architecture and town planning of Ukraine which are applied.
3. Liquidate:
State inspection of town planning;
Public customer service of town planning.
4. Determine that the ensuring activities of the State inspection of architecture and town planning and action connected with liquidation of the State architectural and construction inspection in 2021 are performed in the expense limits provided the State inspection of town planning and the Public customer service of town planning.
5. Form the commission on liquidation of the State inspection of town planning.
Approve as the chairman of said commission of the First Deputy Chairman of the State inspection of town planning Prokhorov Sergey Valeryevich.
To the commission chairman:
approve staff of the commission;
provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the State inspection of town planning;
inform in three-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.
6. Form the commission on liquidation of the Public customer service of town planning.
Approve as the chairman of said commission the Chairman of the Public customer service of town planning Dyuzhilova Natalya Aleksandrovna.
To the commission chairman:
approve staff of the commission;
provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the Public customer service of town planning;
inform in three-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.
