Article 1

Bring in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation and mutual calculations in case of utilization of nuclear ammunition of January 20, 1995 (further - the Agreement) change, having stated article 8 of the Agreement in the following edition:

"Article 8

1. This agreement is considered executed after realization of all following conditions:

receipt by the Republic of Kazakhstan of all-in cost of the realized low-enriched uranium less the corresponding costs of the Russian Federation;

receipt by the Republic of Kazakhstan of cash equivalent of cost of the unrealized initial material constituting share of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

acceptance of agreed decision by the Parties concerning use of the plutonium extracted from nuclear ammunition.

2. The parties through diplomatic channels approve date of cancellation of this agreement.".
