agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. Bring in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation and mutual calculations in case of utilization of nuclear ammunition of January 20, 1995 the following change (further - the Agreement):

1.1. Article 8 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:

"Article 8

1. This agreement is considered executed after:

receipts by the Republic of Kazakhstan of all-in cost of the realized low-enriched uranium less the costs of the Russian Federation connected with it;

receipts of cash equivalent of cost of share of unrealized initial material by the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure, specified in Article 3 this Protocols;

acceptances of agreed decision by the Parties concerning use of the plutonium extracted from nuclear ammunition.

2. The parties through diplomatic channels approve date of cancellation of this agreement.".

Enter in the Minutes to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation about cooperation and mutual calculations in case of utilization of nuclear ammunition of January 20, 1995 made in Vienna on September 19, 2017 (further - the Protocol), the following changes:
