About modification of the Regulations on procedure for attraction and use of foreign labor power in the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The fifth Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the attraction and use of foreign labor power in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 25, 2019 No. 244, to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"founders of the overseas and joint businesses operating or which are created in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan including the first heads (from the date of the conclusion with them employment contracts to the corresponding positions), for up to three months".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations - the minister of investments and foreign trade S. U. Umurzakov and the minister of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. B. Khusanov.
