LAW OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About modification of the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal protection of expressions of the Azerbaijani folklore", "About fight against corruption", "About banks", "About management of municipal lands" and the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Items 11, of 13, 17 and 27 parts I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1. In article 10.2.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal protection of expressions of the Azerbaijani folklore" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 8, Article 406; 2009, No. 12, Article 971; 2011, No. 6, Article 462; 2013, No. 5, Article 484; No. 6, Article 1172) words "from hundred to fifty thousand conventional financial units" shall be replaced with words 2018, "from hundred ten to fifty five thousand manats".

Article 2. In article 5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 3, Article 125; 2005, No. 4, Article 285, No. 10, Article 876; 2007, No. 10, Article 934, No. 12, Article 1219; 2013, No. 6, Article 595; 2016, No. 11, Article 1762; 2017, No. 11, Article 1948) to make the following changes:

2.1. in Article 5.1.5 of the word "from the five-thousandfold size of conventional financial unit" shall be replaced with words "from five thousand five hundred manats";

2.2. in Article 5.1.6 of the word "from the thousandfold size of conventional financial unit" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand hundred manats".
