About measures for enhancement of judicial system in connection with formation of Yangikhayotsky district as a part of the city of Tashkent

Based on article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About courts" in connection with change of borders of the Tashkent region and city of Tashkent and formation of Yangikhayotsky district as a part of the city of Tashkent:

1. Form in the city of Tashkent Yangikhayotsky district court on criminal cases.

2. Include Yangikhayotsky district of the city of Tashkent in zone of jurisdiction of Yakkasaraysky interdistrict court on civil cases, the Tashkent interdistrict economic court and the Tashkent interdistrict administrative court.

3. Approve offers of the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on transfer to Yangikhayotsky district court on criminal cases on one established post of the judge and one established post of the assistant judge Sergeliysky, Mirzo-Ulugbeksky district (city of Tashkent) and Kattakurgansky city (The Samarkand region) criminal court judges.

4. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Supreme Court in two weeks to make changes to staff lists of the relevant courts.

5. To provide to khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent together with the Supreme Court in two-month time placement of newly created Yangikhayotsky district court on criminal cases.

6. Make additions and changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
