1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of funds of development of research activities of Army medical college of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Military institute of information and communication technologies and bonds of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - funds) without formation of legal entity.
2. Determine that means of funds:
a) are created for the account:
receipts from rendering paid services;
sponsor's means and charitable gifts of legal entities and physical persons;
other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;
b) are used on the following purposes:
at least 75 percent - strengthening of material and technical resources of the structural divisions performing research activities;
no more than 25 percent - material stimulation of especially caused a stir military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces performing research activities.
3. Approve:
Regulations on fund of development of research activities of Army medical college of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1 *;
Regulations on fund of development of research activities of Military institute of information and communication technologies and bonds of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix No. 2*.
* Appendices No. 1 and 2 are given in Uzbek.
4. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
