Item 24 of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the supplier of "the last hope" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 82, Art. 2709; 2020, No. 54, the Art. 1680) to add with the paragraph of such content:
"Since February 1, 2021 for action of the quarantine established for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus but not longer than till March 31, 2021 in case the delivery price of natural gas determined according to the formula specified in this Item exceeds the ceiling price for natural gas established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of restrictive anti-epidemic actions for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, of the Art. 14), supply of natural gas by the supplier of "the last hope" is performed at the price which cannot exceed such marginal price.".
