According to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2001 No. 200 "Some questions of treasurer servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients" and results of tender on determination of banks of Ukraine which will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023, I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of banks of Ukraine and condition on which these banks will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023 (further - the List and conditions) which are applied.

2. Determine that for bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine the decision of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients who are serviced by them concerning the choice of bank is priority.

3. Determine that for cash disbursement of money bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine open accounts on balance sheet accounts 257 of group of the Chart of accounts of the financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2017 No. 89, in organizations of the banks given in the List and conditions.
