About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2020 No. 475

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2020 No. 475 "About turnover of pyrotechnic products" the following changes:

add Item 1 with part of the following content:

"The prohibition provided in part one of this Item does not extend:

for sale of pyrotechnic products of technical appointment to the organizations for the list according to appendix;

on wholesale and retail trade by the following types of pyrotechnic products of household purpose of the I class of danger:

Bengal lights (candles);

crackers;

tortovy candles (fountains of cold fire).";

add the resolution with appendix it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
