1. Determine line item of representatives of the state in governing bodies:

open joint stock company "The Pinsk industrial and trade combining "Polesia" (further - JSC Polesia) and Belagroprombank open joint stock company (further - JSC Belagroprombank) concerning debt restructuring on interest payment and penalty fee for the total amount of 5 700 000 rubles according to credit agreements according to appendix 1 by transfer into the ownership of JSC Belagroprombank of 228 000 additionally issued shares of JSC Polesia nominal value of 25 rubles everyone for the total amount of 5 700 000 rubles;

Svetlogorsk Pulp and Board Mill open joint stock company (further - JSC Svetlogorsky TsKK) and JSC Belagroprombank concerning debt restructuring on payment of interest arrears for total amount 7 936 476, 51 rubles according to credit agreements according to appendix 2 by transfer into the ownership of JSC Belagroprombank of 793 647 651 additionally issued shares of JSC Svetlogorsky TsKK nominal value 0, 01 rubles everyone for total amount 7 936 476, 51 rubles.

2. To concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry and JSC Belagroprombank to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
