2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the order "About Approval of Forms and Determination of Terms of Submission of Performance Reports of Budgets of the State Trust Funds"

1. In the order:

a) in the name of the word "About Approval of Forms and Determination of Terms of Submission of Reports" shall be replaced with words "About approval of form and determination of terms of submission of the report";

b) state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
