About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2012 No. 349 "About licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, the Art. 2018).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
