For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the state companies of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Charter of the state company "The Portable Mechanized Column" under Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 16, 2018 No. 326 the following change:
- to state appendix to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
