About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 281 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1195; 2017, No. 33, Art. 1033; 2019, No. 9, the Art. 319), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 20, 2021 No. 37
1. Add item 4 with subitem 87-2 of the following content:
"87-2) through officials of legal service of the device the MFA takes part in cases, the MFA, representations the MFA in the territory of Ukraine, foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine and their officials acts in courts on behalf and in interests;".
2. Add Item 5 with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) is provided by self-representative office of bodies of diplomatic service and their officials in courts of Ukraine which is performed without personal errand of the Minister, his deputies, the state secretary by officials of legal service of the device the MFA according to the provision approved by the order of the Minister.".
3. Add Item 11 with subitem 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1) appoints to position and dismisses heads of the companies, organizations, the organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the ministry makes the decision concerning their encouragement and attraction to disciplinary responsibility;".
4. Third Item 11-1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The state secretary the MFA is appointed to position and dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.".
