About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of aggregators of demand management on electrical energy in Power pool system of Russia, and also enhancement of the mechanism of tsenozavisimy decrease in consumption of electrical energy and recognition voided separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of aggregators of demand management on electrical energy in Power pool system of Russia, and also enhancement of the mechanism of tsenozavisimy decrease in consumption of electrical energy.
2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service to review the maximum level of the prices (rates) for the services in supervisory control in power industry rendered by "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" joint-stock company established for limiting 2021 regarding the organization of selection of contractors and fee for ensuring system reliability, services in forming of technological reserve of capacities in a month, including to determine the extreme size of the means necessary for fee by demand management on electrical energy, proceeding from average monthly planned amount of rendering services in demand management in the amount of 502 MW and weighted average price on services in demand management on electrical energy following the results of competitive selections of contractors of the services in demand management which are carried out in 2020.
3. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
