 According to the Law of the Russian Federation "About consumer protection" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

 Rules of sales of goods under the agreement of retail purchase and sale;

the inventory of long-term use on which the consumer requirement does not expatiate on non-paid provision to it the goods having the same main consumer properties for repair or replacement of such goods;

the list of the nonfoods of proper quality which are not subject to exchange;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, paragraphs two - the fourth Item 1 of this resolution and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution are effective till January 1, 2027.

3. Provide to Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare carrying out monitoring of law-enforcement practice in the field of sales of goods under the contract of retail purchase and sale with submission of the report to the Government of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2021.
