About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of operational check of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning compliance of technical condition of storages and/or safes to requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine for the organization of protection of premises of banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 28, 2016 No. 389 "about approval of the Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine" (with changes) the following changes:

Heading to add 1) with the words "and implementation of transactions with them";

Item 1 after words of "National Bank" to add 2) with the words "and implementation of transactions with them".

2. Approve Changes in Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 28, 2016 No. 389 (with changes) which are applied.

3. To department of currency circulation (Victor Zayvenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
