According to the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of determination of the extent of the harm caused by pollution and contamination of land resources because of violation of the law about protection of the surrounding environment, and establishment of the amount of compensation of damage caused to the state by subjects of managing and physical persons in the course of their activities, as a result of pollution of lands chemicals of contamination industrial, household and other wastes I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Technique of the damage assessment caused by pollution and contamination of land resources because of violation of the nature protection legislation, approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of October 27, 1997 No. 171, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 1998 for No. 285/2725 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of April 4, 2007 No. 149) which are applied.

2. (Marina Tishchenkova) to provide to department of ecological assessment and control submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
