aiming at enhancement of cooperation in the field of fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs, derivatives, and also precursors and psychoactive agents,

being guided by article 18 of the Agreement,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

1. Add with Article 1.1 of the following content:

"Article 1.1 the Used terms

For the purposes of this agreement the used terms have the following values:

the national list of drugs and precursors (further - the national list) - the list of the drugs and precursors united in certain lists which are subject to control on the basis of the corresponding international conventions and the legislation of the State Party of the CIS;

drugs - the substances of synthetic or natural (natural) origin, medicines, plants classified as such in the corresponding international conventions and/or included in national lists which turnover is prohibited or limited and is subject to control in the territory of the State Party of the CIS;

psychotropic substances - substances of synthetic or natural (natural) origin, medicines, and equally in any natural materials classified as such in the corresponding international conventions and/or included in national lists which turnover is prohibited or limited and is subject to control in the territory of the State Party of the CIS;

medicines - the mix of substances in any physical condition containing one or several drugs and/or the psychotropic substances included in the national list;
