About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation both about determination and about application of limiting standard rates of amounts of financial requirements on implementation of actions on the organization of commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity) in the retail markets of electrical energy

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service till June 1, 2021 to approve rules of development and approval of limiting standard rates of amount of financial requirements on implementation of actions on acquisition, installation, replacement, the admission in operation of metering devices of electrical energy and (or) other equipment, and also intangible assets which are necessary for providing according to Item 5 of article 37 of the Federal law "About Power Industry" of commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity), including by means of intellectual systems of accounting of electrical energy (capacity) (further - rules).
3. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till August 1, 2021 to approve limiting standard rates of amount of financial requirements on implementation of actions on acquisition, installation, replacement, the admission in operation of metering devices of electrical energy and (or) other equipment, and also intangible assets which are necessary for providing according to Item 5 of article 37 of the Federal law "About Power Industry" of commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity), including by means of intellectual systems of accounting of electrical energy (capacity) (further respectively - actions for the organization of commercial accounting, limiting standard rates of amount of financial requirements).
