About approval of the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 and the minimum values of cost of reference frequency blocks in case of exposure to the procedure of competitive selection

Based on Article 2 and Item b) parts (2) article 7 of the Law No. 241/2007 on electronic communications (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 399-410, 679), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Minimum values of cost of reference frequency blocks in case of exposure to the procedure of competitive selection, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Method of distribution of the redistributed blocks of frequencies in the reference range 2100 MHz and the size of the license fees in case of issue by direct provision to the existing holders of licenses provided by the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 according to appendix No. 3.

2. To the ministries and other bodies of the central public management, radio-frequency range, responsible for implementation of the Management program, for 2021-2025:

1) to take necessary measures for realization of provisions of the specified Program;

2) annually till January 20 to inform the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations on accomplishment of the specified Program.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization annually till March 1 to submit to the Government the report on accomplishment of the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025.

4. To impose coordinating and control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.
