About modification and amendments in the Order No. 10/2006 on approval of the Regulations on order of registration of the marks applied on products from precious metals and gemstones

and the basis of provisions of the Law No. 282/2004 on the mode of precious metals and gemstones, the Order of the Government No. 112/20019 about public organization "State Assay Chamber", the Orders of the Government No. 58/2019 about approval of the list of services, rates and methodology of their calculation for the services provided in the field of activities with precious metals and gemstones I ORDER:

1. To make the following changes to the Regulations on order of registration of the marks applied on products from precious metals and gemstones, approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 10/2006,:

1) in the text of the order of the word "State Assay Chamber" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "public organization "State Assay Chamber" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The word "chief" in any grammatical form to replace 2) in the text of the order with the word "director" in the corresponding grammatical form;

Item 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5. The mark shall contain the following information:

a) the code of year of production approved by the order of public organization "State Assay Chamber";
