For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for departure from Ukraine and entry into Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 1995 of N231 "About Approval of Rules of Registration and Issue of the Passport of the Citizen of Ukraine for Trip Abroad and the Travel Document of the Child, Their Temporary Detention and Withdrawal", with changes I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine for the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is applied.
2. To the director of the department of consular service of Ukraine, ambassadors and consuls general of Ukraine to organize studying of the Procedure by employees of Department of consular service, diplomatic representations and consular establishments and to provide steady observance of their requirements.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of 01.07.97 of N93-sd "About approval of Rules of registration and issue by consular establishments of Ukraine of passports of citizens of Ukraine for trip abroad, certificates on return to Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine and travel documents of the child", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.09.97 for N 406/2210.
