Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of January 09, 2006 No. 1 "About approval of the Procedure for registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2006 in case of No. 66/11940 (with changes).

2. To department of consular service to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine - the chief of staff.
