About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 and No. 1047

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of organizations of professional prehigher and higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148, No. 18, the Art. 510, No. 82, the Art. 2508, No. 95, Art. 2896; 2018, No. 18, Art. 604; 2019, No. 12, Art. 414; 2020, No. 23, the Art. 849, No. 61, the Art. 1981) and of December 28, 2016 No. 1047 "About the sizes of grants in the state and utility educational institutions, scientific institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 149, No. 100, Art. 3058; 2020, No. 87, the Art. 2799) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 and No. 1047

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of organizations of professional prehigher and higher education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045:

1) in item 4:
