About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning welded pipes, tubes and profiles hollow of stainless (corrosion-proof) steel, coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the welded pipes imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, tubes and profiles hollow of stainless (corrosion-proof) steel with wall thickness from 0,4 to 6 mm inclusive, round cross section with outer diameter from 6 to 115 mm inclusive, or square cross section with perimeter of cross section no more than 400 mm, or rectangular cross section with perimeter of cross section no more than 400 mm and the largest size of the party of section to 120 mm inclusive coming from People's Republic of China and classified by codes 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8 and 7306 61 100 9 CN FEA EEU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.
2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by codes of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
