1. Establish:

1.1. the limiting maximum standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices of producers on socially important goods according to the list according to appendix 1 in the amount of:

the actual level of profitability of goods sold which developed in January-November, 2020 on the corresponding goods item or in the amount of no more than 10 percent if the actual level of profitability of goods sold which developed in January-November, 2020 on the corresponding goods item constituted less than 10 percent - on the goods specified in appendix Items 1-13 1, implemented in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
