1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of the automated information system providing forming of the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 05.12.2024 No. 906
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2020 No. 183 "About preparation of the major drafts of legal acts".
4. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution, including for ensuring functioning in the specified state bodies and the organizations of the automated information system providing forming of the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since April 1, 2021;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
