About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of fire safety

According to Item 33 parts two of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety in compliance with the current legislation ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of fire safety which are attached.

2. To provide to management of civil protection, prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (V.'s Racer) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
