About modification of Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of the Sumgayit chemical industrial park" of December 21, 2011 No. 548 and "About creation of industrial quarters and the organization of their activities" of October 8, 2014 No. 288

1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of the Sumgayit chemical industrial park" of December 21, 2011 No. 548 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 12, Article 1124; 2014, No. 5, Article 477; 2016, No. 8, Article 1384; 2019, No. 5, Article 817; 2020, No. 5, Article 545) to make the following changes:

1.1. state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The actions connected with the organization of activities of the Sumgayit chemical industrial park, its management and development are performed by the Agency on development of economic zones subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

1.2. cancel parts 5 and 6.

2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of industrial quarters and the organization of their activities" of October 8, 2014 No. 288 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 10, Article 1173; 2019, No. 9, Article 1490) in Item 1.4 of the word "the organization and regulation... on Azerbaijani Investment Company Open joint stock company" shall be replaced with words "the organization, implementation of measures in connection with their management and development... on the Agency on development of economic zones subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic".
