About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 No. 395

1. "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" to state subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 to No. 395 in the following edition:

"1.9. when implementing public procurements the customer (organizer) has the right to carry out procurement procedure from one source:

for purchase of goods at their producers if the prices of such goods are regulated by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, state bodies (organizations) by establishment of the fixed or marginal prices, limiting allowances (discounts, markups), limiting standard rates of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in regulated price, declaring of the prices, except for goods of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets of the Republic of Belarus (republican and local levels). The fact of production of goods is confirmed by the document provided in paragraph five of subitem 1.6 of this Item;

goods (works, services) of own production at medical and production workshops.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
