RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the inventory (medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment), the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which has the right gratuitously to deliver (to transfer) person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care

According to Item 51-3 of subsection 4 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the inventory (medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment), the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which has the right gratuitously to deliver (to transfer) person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during action of quarantine, and regulations of this resolution are applied to the transactions made since April 2, 2020.
