Bring in the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, the Art. 688, No. 54, the Art. 1661), changes which are applied.

1. Add the Procedure with Items 11-1 and 11-2 of the following content:
"11-1. If the duration of the agreement constitutes less than nine months, on each packet of the medical services which are subject to payment within program implementation of the medical guarantees specified in the Section II of this Procedure, included in such agreement, the coefficient which is calculated on formula is applied to the planned cost of medical services

11-2. If the duration of the agreement constitutes less than nine months, on the packets of medical services determined in Chapters 8, 15 - 26 Sections II of this Procedure the coefficient which is calculated on formula is applied to actual cost of such medical services in month
