About modification of the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, the Art. 688, No. 38, the Art. 1242), changes which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Health, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to take measures for streamlining of algorithm of hospitalization of patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

1. Add Item 116-12 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If during the accounting period sampling was performed by one mobile crew of healthcare institution, actual cost of the medical services provided by this Chapter is equal to zero.".
2. To state appendix 3 to the Procedure in the following edition:
