About some questions of state-owned property
According to Item 2 of article 62 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 22, 1998 "About partnerships with the limited and accessorial liability", Item 1 of Article 83 and Item 1 of article 86 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2003 "About joint-stock companies", the subitem 4) of Article 11 and Item 1 of article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize joint-stock company "The republican newspaper "Egemen Kazakstan" by accession to it of joint-stock company "The republican newspaper "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda".
2. Reorganize joint-stock company "The republican newspaper "Egemen Kazakstan" by transformation to limited liability partnership "The republican newspaper "Egemen Kazakstan" after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
3. Reorganize Cossack Gazetter _ limited liability partnership (further – partnership) by accession of limited liability partnership to it "The republican newspaper "Egemen Kazakstan" after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
4. Determine the main object of activity of partnership collection, processing and distribution of messages and materials of information nature, distribution of information concerning spiritual and moral values, political, economic and cultural life of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To the ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
