About reorganization of joint-stock companies "National managing holding "Bayterek" and "National managing holding "Kazagro"

1. Reorganize joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek" by accession to it of joint-stock company "National managing holding "Kazagro".

2. Approve changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To the ministries of the industry and infrastructure development, agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
