ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE

of December 4, 2020 No. 2806

About approval of Changes in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 01, 2000 No. 188

According to the note to article 305 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and the note to article 44 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in Small, large and especially large sizes of the drugs which are in illicit trafficking, the Ministries of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of August 1, 2000 No. 188, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2000 for No. 512/4733 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2010 No. 634) which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Small, large and especially large extent of the psychotropic substances which are in illicit trafficking, the Ministries of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of August 1, 2000 No. 188, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2000 for No. 513/4734 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2010 No. 634) which are applied.

3. Approve Changes in Large and especially large sizes of the precursors which are in illicit trafficking, the Ministries of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of August 1, 2000 No. 188, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2000 for No. 514/4735 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2020 No. 634) which are applied.

4. To management of provision of medicines (Komarida A. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care - the chief state health officer of Ukraine Lyashko V. K.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
