About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Article 2.4 of the Free-trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, of May 29, 2015 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union subline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3;

d) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 80C of the following content:

"<80C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 16, 2021 No. 13 till 31.12.2022 inclusive.".

2. Bring in decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix No. 4.
