About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 13, 2015 No. 67

According to Item 35.4 of Article 35 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to information form concerning subjects of managing which have tax debt, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 13, 2015 No. 67, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2015 for No. 223/26668 (to editions of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 24, 2018 No. 848) (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for forming and promulgation of information concerning tax payment by subjects of natural monopolies and subjects of managing which are payers of rent payment for use of natural resources, and information concerning subjects of managing which have the tax debt approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 13, 2015 No. 67, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2015 for No. 223/26668 (with changes) which are applied.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
