This Procedure determines the mechanism of expense recovery of Social Insurance Fund by temporary disability (further - Fund) from the government budget on financing of payment of the help in case of the child's birth to persons insured in system of obligatory national social insurance (further - insured persons).

2. Expense recovery of Fund for payment of the help in case of the birth of the child is performed within the means provided in the government budget on accomplishment of the "Expense Recovery of Social Insurance Fund on Temporary Disability on Payment of the Help in case of the Child's Birth" program.
