Declare invalid the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of March 16, 2006 No. 78 "About approval of the Procedure for expense recovery of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability on payment of the help in case of the child's birth", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 03, 2006 for No. 367/12241.
2. To provide to department of social insurance and partnership (O. Postoyuk) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
