About determination of authorized bank which services current accounts with the special mode of use of participants of the wholesale market of electrical energy
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine authorized bank which services current accounts with the special mode of use of the wholesale market of electrical energy (further - accounts), "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company (further - authorized bank).
2. Recommend to Prominvestbank:
carry out calculations for the consumed electrical energy according to the Regulations on procedure for carrying out calculations for electrical energy approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2000 No. 1136 "About settlement of the relations in the wholesale market of electrical energy of Ukraine" till October 31, 2006 to give publication of the regulation of power industry of the list of accounts approved by the National commission in organizations of authorized bank;
to perform transfer of remaining balance of funds for the consumed electrical energy from the former accounts opened in its organizations into the corresponding accounts opened in organizations of authorized bank during the next day after publication of the specified list.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2001 No. 1592 "About determination of authorized bank" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 48, the Art. 2147);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2000 No. 1136 "About settlement of the relations in the wholesale market of electrical energy of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 29, the Art. 1227) regarding approval of the Procedure for determination of authorized bank in which distribution accounts for transfer of means for electrical energy are opened.
