According to Items 1 and 2 of part nine of Article 12 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
form of national logo of the authorized economic operator;
the description of national logo of the authorized economic operator;
rules of use of logo of the national authorized economic operator;
form of the certificate of the authorized economic operator.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
