About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703

Based on the paragraph of the fourth of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of sale of separate types of goods and implementation of public catering approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703, the following changes:

to add Item 2 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:

"disposable plastic tableware - made of polymeric materials (except for natural polymers which were not chemically modified) the products and objects intended for table layout, acceptance and storage of products of public catering and foodstuff which on the functional purpose are not intended for reuse during their service life (expiration date);";

add Rules with Item 43-1 of the following content:

"43-1. Use and sale in objects of public catering of disposable plastic tableware according to the list determined by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade is forbidden.".

2. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in three-months time to determine the list of disposable plastic tableware which use and sale is forbidden in objects of public catering.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since January 1, 2021;
