About approval of Changes in Regulations on Expert and appeal council on questions of licensing

According to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" we ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on Expert and appeal council on questions of licensing approved by the order of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine, the Public regulatory service of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 No. 164/12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 14, 2020 for No. 170/34453, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. We reserve control of execution of this order.
