About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic and descriptions of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 26, 2020 No. 579

For the purpose of determination of term of issue of forms of certificates on return to the Kyrgyz Republic of new sample, and also enhancement of elements of their protection, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic and descriptions of the form of the certificate to return to the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 26, 2020 No. 579 the following changes:

- add Item 1 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-the description of the form of the interim certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.";

- add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Determine that:

- the description of the form of the interim certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic is applied till April 1, 2021;

- the description of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic is applied since April 1, 2021.";

- to state the description of the form of the certificate on the return to the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- add with appendix 3 in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

The description of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic

1. The form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the certificate) corresponds to sample of the certificate and the established requirements provided by this description.

Key parameters of the form of the certificate: the size of 264х124 mm with acute angles developing on three equal parts on 89 mm.

2.
