About re-deployment of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the city of Almaty to Nour-Sultan's city

1. To National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) till July 1, 2020 to provide re-deployment from the city of Almaty to Nour-Sultan's city of central office of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "About approval of the Provision and structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 50, the Art. 640) the following change:

in Regulations on the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Location of central office of National Bank of Kazakhstan: Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05T8F 6, Nour-Sultan's city, area of Esil, Prospekt Meng_l_k El, building 57A.".

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing, except for Item 2 of this Decree which becomes effective since July 1, 2020.
