1. Management of organization activity of National Bank of Kazakhstan is performed by his head appointed to position (dismissed) by the Chairman of National Bank of Kazakhstan.

The charter of the organizations of National Bank of Kazakhstan affirms the Board of directors of National Bank of Kazakhstan.

Branches, representations and the organizations of National Bank of Kazakhstan have the seal and forms of the established sample.

4. The National Bank of Kazakhstan enters the civil relations from own name.
